Beautiful things people created with our teak.
Friends, family and others have made beautiful items with our teak. Here are a few examples.

Backyard Sauna
Our friend in San Luis Obispbo made this gorgeous sauna. He used 'live edge' pieces from the tops of our teak trees to fashion the exterior wall. The decking uses regular teak boards.
(PS: It looks like a place Hobbits could live)

Headboard
Our friends in San Diego made this headboard for their bed. They used ipe stain to darken the wood a bit.

Coffee Table
Simple tables like this one are popular. The teak adds color and character to any room.

Adirondack Chair
Teak's beauty and durability make it especially good for outdoor furniture. This Adirondack chair gives lasting comfort and character to our outdoor seating area.

Countertop
A teak counter forms the centerpiece of this indoor seating area at a friend's rustic vacation home in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Cutting Board
Ever since Cooks Illustrated rated teak the #1 wood for cutting boards, the boards have exploded in popularity. In addition to its beauty and durability, teak has natural antimicrobial properties that deter growth of germs and bacteria.

Trivet
This useful kitchen took was made by a woodworker in Santa Margarita, CA. He did a nice job highlighting the grains.

Table
Karen made this stylish table. The "live edge" piece at the top front adds character.

Keepsake Box
Karen made this beautiful keepsake box to store special items. The heart on top combines light sapwood with darker heartwood.

Planter Box
Our son Jakob made this eye-catching outdoor planter box. He used three coats of teak oil to highlight the wood's vibrant color and grain.

Bowl
A local woodworker, Larry, made this beautiful work of art. The bowl's walnut rim adds a nice accent.
